Amy & Trish did a photoshoot, today, for their upcoming movie The Wrestling Women vs The Doctor of Doom. Trish posted some behind the scenes pictures of the shoot on her Twitter account.

- Amy and Trish’s project they’ve been working on is… a MOVIE! That’s right both former WWE Divas will be starring in an ‘over the top omage to Mexican wrestling films”. More information about this project will be provided as it moves along in development.

- Amy’s opening her own restaurant! It’ll be called “Java Lord’s Lucha Lounge” and it will be a European coffee shop in Atlanta. She says she’s getting it all set up and a November opening is looking good.

- The Luchagors are on hiatus, but are hoping to get back together for more music on by the first of next year. Shane is currently working on Atlanta’s Zombie Apocalypse Halloween attraction and Racci is touring in the Murderdolls with Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie.

“Last night Lita, accompanied by Trish Stratus, attended a local event in Toronto, Ontario headlined by legendary Luchador el Hijo Del Santo. After the event, Right After Wrestling’s Arda Ocal caught up with Lita, who told him that she plans to open up a Lucha Libre themed restaurant in the Atlanta area. Her band, the Luchagors, are currently on hiatus, as other members of the band have other endeavours they are currently focusing on. Lita also has movie projects on the horizon. She is in town visiting Trish Stratus to speak about upcoming business projects.“

Last night, former WWE Diva and close-friend of Amy, Trish Stratus tweeted on her Twitter account (@trishstratuscom) the following:

“Guess who’s coming to stay with me this weekend? Only my biggest wrestling rival…we got some ‘bidness’ to take of!”

Slam Wrestling is now reporting that LAW (Live Wrestling Audio) recently made a huge announcement that their in-studio guests this Sunday would be none other than Amy and Trish, themselves. Here is the full article:

Earlier this week, The LAW (Live Audio Wrestling) made a big announcement that this Sunday’s in-studio guests would be Trish Stratus and her long-time rival and close friend Lita (aka Amy Dumas).

SLAM! Wrestling contacted Trish to ask her more about this rare appearance. “We have a few meetings in Toronto about us possibly working together on a project,” Stratus teased.

It has also been whispered that Trish and Amy have been invited as special guests to “Santo Sangre: A Dark Night of Lucha Libre,” which takes places at the M2 Gallery At Burroughs (639 Queen St West). This will be El Hijo del Santo’s first-ever wrestling appearance in Canada and will also feature the El Lucha Monstruo Art Show.

Of course, we’re wondering if there is a connection somewhere in all of this… Looks like we’ll have to watch Trish’s Twitter page (@trishstratuscom).
